Your customers are searching for you right now. Are they finding you, or your competitor?
A full inspection of how your business shows up online... Google, your website, your reviews, your listings, your content. One score, a clear picture of what's broken, and a 90-day plan to fix it.
Most local businesses aren't invisible. They're fragmented.
Here's what I find over and over when I audit businesses around Bellevue and Omaha.
The business is real. The work is good. The customers who find them are happy.
But online, the business is scattered. The Google listing has an old address. The website never mentions the towns they actually serve. Reviews sit unanswered. The Facebook page hasn't posted since last year. Three different directories list three slightly different versions of the business name.
None of those things feels like an emergency on its own.
Together, they tell Google one thing: this business is not the confident answer. So Google shows someone else.
That someone else is getting your calls.
I audit six pillars. Most SEO shops stop at four.
Every audit scores your business 0 to 100 across six areas, then rolls them into one overall Visibility Score.
Google Business Profile
The map listing is the real front page of Google for local business. I check categories, photos, posts, Q&A, accuracy, and whether duplicate or outdated listings are splitting your presence.
Website Local SEO
Does your site actually tell Google where you work and what you do? Service pages, location signals, titles, speed, and whether you show up for the searches your customers actually type.
Citations & Listings
Your business name, address, and phone number across the directories that matter. Inconsistencies here quietly erode trust with Google, even when everything else is right.
Reviews & Reputation
How many, how recent, how well answered, and how you stack up against the competitors down the street. Reviews are the tiebreaker when a customer is choosing between two map pins.
Social Presence
Not vanity metrics. I check whether your social profiles support your visibility or undermine it... dead pages, wrong info, and abandoned accounts all send a signal.
Content & Discoverability
The pillar almost nobody audits. Does anything you publish answer the questions your customers are searching? This is where local businesses build an unfair advantage, because almost none of your competitors are doing it.
Pillars 5 and 6 are where I live. I'm a marketing and content strategist first, which means your audit doesn't stop at technical checkboxes. It tells you what to say, not just what to fix.
Not a PDF. A dashboard.
- Your Visibility ScoreOne number, 0 to 100, so you know exactly where you stand and can measure progress.
- Six pillar scores with findings in plain EnglishNo jargon. Every finding tells you what's wrong, why it costs you customers, and what fixing it looks like.
- A competitor comparisonHow you stack up against the businesses winning the searches you should own.
- A 90-day roadmapThree phases: Fix the Foundation, Build the Systems, Turn On the Engine. Prioritized, so you know what matters first.
- A walkthrough callI don't email you a report and disappear. We go through it together, and you leave the call knowing your top three moves whether you ever hire me again or not.
How it works
You request the audit
Fill out the short form below. Business name, city, website. That's it.
I do the digging
I inspect all six pillars by hand. Your Google listing, your site, your reviews, your competitors, the whole footprint. Nothing automated, nothing generic.
Dashboard and walkthrough
We meet for a walkthrough of your scores, your findings, and your 90-day roadmap. Then you decide: fix it yourself, or have me run it for you.
This is for you if...
- You run a real local business in the Omaha metro
- You know customers search for what you do, and you have a feeling you're not showing up
- You're tired of being told "just post more" or "just run ads"
- You want a straight answer about where you stand, with proof
This is not for you if...
- You want overnight rankings or someone promising the top spot by Friday
- You're looking for the cheapest checkbox report on the internet
- You'd rather buy ads forever than own your visibility
Request your Local Visibility Audit
Fill this out and I'll reply within one business day with next steps and current availability.
I take a limited number of audits per month because every one is done by hand. If the month is full, you'll go on the list for the next opening.
Questions, answered straight
How is this different from the free SEO audits I see everywhere?
Those are automated scans built to scare you into a sales call. This is a manual inspection of six pillars, including your content and social presence, delivered as a scored dashboard with a plan attached. The difference shows in the first two minutes of the walkthrough.
Do I need to buy anything after the audit?
No. The roadmap is yours. Some owners run it themselves, some hire me to execute it. The audit is built to be useful either way.
How long does it take?
Once I have your info, you'll typically have your dashboard and walkthrough scheduled within a week.
What if my business doesn't have a website?
Then the audit matters more, not less. A big share of local visibility runs through your Google Business Profile and listings, and I audit those regardless.
Do you work with businesses outside the Omaha area?
The system works anywhere, but Omaha metro businesses get the advantage of my local market knowledge. If you're outside the area, reach out and ask.
